Flour & Fetty's | Our Story

Damian grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. He left an advertising job in London to eat his way through street food in India, Thailand, and Vietnam, then started a food truck back home. In 2016 he brought Fetty’s Street Food to Columbus, where his Thai curries, South African samosas and chili paneer built a devoted following. Yash grew up in Columbus and trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Pastry is what led him to pasta, and he still makes it fresh in-house every day. Between Rooh in the Short North and Flour at Polaris, he cooks with his Indian heritage, his French pastry training, and everything his mom and grandma taught him.
